Sassy Shipping Policies:
Ship time will depend on the size of the order, our current work load, and availablility of the items ordered. Often we will be able to get small orders out very quickly. Larger orders may take up to 10 days in some instances. Custom orders may also take up to 10 days due to the fact that we may need to special order the color of ribbon that you are requesting. If you need an order rushed please email us at kristina@alittle2sassy.com or michelle@alittle2sassy.com and we will let you know if we can accommodate your request, we will keep you updated as to the status of your order.
For Local customers (Montgomery, Texas only) during checkout be sure and select local pickup as your delivery option if you want to save on shipping fees. Your phone number is required during checkout to use this option. We will call you to set up a time and place to meet you with your order that is convenient to us both.
We Ship all orders via USPS First-Class mail to the US only Flat Rate of $3.00 no matter how big your order is and USPS First-Class Mail International to Canada Flat Rate of $8.00. If you are needing your order overnighted PLEASE email us at kristina@alittle2sassy.com or michelle@alittle2sassy.com before placing your order so we can give you the exact amount of shipping. Overnight shipping charges start at 29.95, this is for packages under 6 ounces, packages over 6 ounces overnight charges start at 34.95.
We are only accepting Orders and shipping orders to and from the US and Canada at this time.

Custom Sassy Orders:
We always love to do custom orders. If you don't find what you are looking for, please FEEL FREE to email us and we would be happy to work with you on making the perfect hair bow for an outfit or occasion. If we don't carry a color ribbon that you are looking for, we will do our best to get that color specifically for you at no additional charge.
Sassy's Return Policy:
Due ot the nature of our items being hand made, we do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final unless there is an error made on our part. If this happens, please contact us so we can fix the problem immediately.
Conditions of Use:
Never leave a baby or young child unattended while using our products. Some of our products contain small parts that could pose a choking hazard to children. A Litte 2 Sassy assumes no liability for use, misuse, or lack of supervision while using our products.
Cleaning Your Sassy Bow:
DO NOT machine wash or dry your Sassy Bow! We suggest that you hand wash your bows and allow them to air dry. |
